A significant accomplishment is the entry to CIS market in the early 90’s under
the name MENSEL JV, a Metiş-Nurol joint venture. This venture has completed

projects in number in CIS market and Afghanistan. 18 years of active and operational
presence as a Joint Venture entity is recognized as a noteworthy success story
in the Contracting sector.
Another sample is the success achieved in the projects that came out after
US
Operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Middle East. A combination of two
Turkish,
Metiş and Epik and an American company named Framaco established a Joint Venture
entity called FEM JV and began serving to American Government in the said
territories.
FEM JV displayed a remarkable performance for US Government entities and completed
projects with a value worth of 200 million USD, since its establishment in
2003.
Another joint venture called BEM JV with the same Turkish companies and another
US company was established in year 2008 and awarded a US project in Qatar.
These
two JV entities are operational in various geographical areas, where the current
contract commitments reach to 150 million USD.
In line with the soaring opportunities in US Government projects, METİS entered
into cooperation with an esteemed US Government Contractor, namely IAP Worldwide
Services. In 2008, IAP-Metiş LLC, a limited liability company registered in
United
States has been founded. Not limited with the Gulf and Middle East region,
this
entity is engineered to respond to any US Government project on the globe
including
